We've got similar ideas for this week's theme :) Nice job with the ink washes, I like the warpy bedframe too.
I haven't really worked with ink washes very much at least not since college - maybe that will be my next experiment. Yours is quite nice. It helps that you have a great drawing underneath.

ohh i miss those bedtime stories my mom used to tell me.. now she works at night and nobody reads me books before bed *sniiif* but I still love her! ^_^

Well done! It looks like dad's a bit apprehensive being so close to his spotted child. I really like the ink wash, and I love the attention to details - the little birds outside, the overall spotted motif, the expressions on both figures. Good one!
